The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Fighters Group
Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with rich lore, a colorful mix of personalities, and a exciting storyline showcasing celestial beings, fiends, and sinister influences growing in power within the urban setting.
Heads-up: Revealing details for the latest installment of this adventure are included.
The Warrior Group Revealed
The latest chapter concluded with a huge suspense moment and revealed the initial group of heroes who will branch out from the primary party to begin their separate journey, distinct from the additional parties.
The combat-focused team consists of Teor (played by Travis), the nimble rogue (Laura), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), Wicander (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).
Why Split the Party?
With 13 cast members, it was obvious from the start that maintaining everyone at one table would be unworkable.
Hence, the opening chapters of Campaign 4 serve as an Introduction, connecting the characters’ stories before splitting into three smaller tables: Fighters, Strategists, and Questers.
Characteristics of the Soldiers Table
As described by Brennan Lee Mulligan, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who prefer a traditionally charged combat and conflict-driven story mode where peaceful solutions are few and far between.
At first glance, characters like the reluctant priest the cleric might seem unsuited, but the events of episode 3 make it clear why these specific adventurers are ideally matched for the combat party.
Why They Must Go
First, the team has a clear idea where to proceed after a intense first encounter with The Crow Keepers.
A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose passing initiated the narrative’s action—used the enemy for his personal gain, invading Thjazi’s hideout, attacking the character, and swiping all the magical artifacts to auction.
Casimir then paid off his debts and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, above Dol-Makjar, with Cyd hot on his heels.
Character Drivers
Additionally, each character has a specific drive to exit Dol-Makjar:
- The rogue, as the close ally and trusted friend, desires revenge.
- The adventurer knows the region and advises that it is a nasty location.
- The strong character and The healer, having resisted his relatives’ demands to kill Teor and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
- However, their reputation as key figures in the influential clan could help the party reach locations they typically wouldn’t be able to.
- Moreover, The grateful character swore a eternal obligation to The cleric for his deliverance and will now go with him anywhere.
Wanted and Hunted
Finally, all of them are wanted by the authorities that rule the setting for a range of causes, making staying in the city dangerous:
- The agile adventurer and The character are recognized lawbreakers.
- Tyranny and The cleric defied House Halovar and the legion of demons they are partnered with.
- The fighter is wanted dead by House Halovar.
This results in them no alternative but to head to the remote area in pursuit of Casimir.
Future Episodes
From episode three’s Cooldown, we discover that the Soldiers table will be absent next week, leaving the rest of the cast members to round up the Seekers and Schemers parties.
Audiences can anticipate discovering which characters will be where in the season’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on October 24.
